EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING COACHING
Executive functioning coaching helps individuals strengthen the cognitive and organizational skills needed to manage daily life effectively, such as planning, time management, focus, and follow-through. It is a structured and supportive process that turns overwhelm into clarity by breaking goals into manageable, realistic steps.
GROUP COACHING
Group coaching offers a powerful space for connection, reflection, and growth alongside others who share similar challenges and goals. My two groups are designed for burnt-out educators who are seeking balance and renewed purpose, and high-achieving women who are ready to redefine success on their own terms.
Coaching, like any growth-oriented service, works when you actively engage in the process. I am here to offer support, guidance, and accountability, but lasting progress comes from your willingness to try the strategies we develop together. If you get stuck or need to adjust along the way, I will be right there to help you navigate the next step forward. Together, we will build the clarity, confidence, and consistency needed to create real, sustainable change and reach your goals.
As a former educator, I am passionate about supporting youth and college-aged students as they navigate academic, personal, and developmental challenges. If you or your child is struggling to stay organized, manage time effectively, or feel motivated in school, coaching can provide structure and strategies for success. I also help students who are uncertain about future goals, career paths, or transitions learn how to clarify direction, build confidence, and take actionable steps toward what comes next. Each session is tailored to the individual’s strengths and needs, creating a supportive space to grow both academically and personally.
I blend multiple evidence-based frameworks to create a personalized coaching experience that meets each client exactly where they are. By integrating principles, I help clients gain clarity, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for sustainable growth. This approach allows me to address both mindset and skillset by supporting clients in shifting limiting patterns, improving emotional regulation, strengthening organization and follow-through, and aligning daily actions with their core values and goals. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that the process feels both structured and deeply individualized.
Current coaching rates are listed below, with a limited number of sliding scale spots available to ensure accessibility.
Individual Coaching
$100 per regular session (fifty minutes)
Bundle 4 monthly regular sessions for $360
Group Coaching
$50 per regular session (fifty-five minutes)
$75 per extended session (one hour and twenty-five minutes)
Bundle 4 monthly regular sessions for $175
Invoices
Invoices must be paid prior to each coaching session
Payments can be made via cash, check, or card
Returned Payment
If a payment is returned, a $35 processing fee will be applied. Please remit the outstanding balance and fee within 5 business days to avoid suspension of services.
I ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-shows or missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps ensure that time can be made available for other clients and maintains the consistency needed for meaningful progress.

No, coaching sessions are guided by you, not me. You bring your strengths, passions, values, and challenges, and I am here to support and guide the process. While I provide tools, insights, and resources along the way, each session is centered on your goals and what you want to focus on that week. Coaching is fully individualized to the person in front of me, ensuring the experience is meaningful, relevant, and personal.
My availability shifts throughout the year to best support clients’ varying schedules. I understand that many people seeking coaching are busy professionals or students who need flexibility, so I offer early morning, evening, and weekend options when possible. If my current schedule is full, I will provide an estimated wait time and, if desired, connect you with trusted coaching colleagues who offer similar services and approaches
If it seems that we are not making the progress you were hoping for, we will take time to talk openly about what feels challenging and identify any barriers that may be getting in the way. Together, we can adjust the approach, pacing, or focus of sessions to better meet your needs. If I believe that a different type of support may serve you better, I will discuss that with you directly and help you navigate a smooth transition to the appropriate resources to ensure your continued growth.
